The city of “Yalova” in northwestern Turkiye (Turkey) was ranked among the list of “the smartest cities in Turkiye (Turkey)” based on the results issued by the “Intelligence Test Center,” which conducted many intelligence tests in dozens of cities and on certain percentage of the population.
The Turkish media shared the result issued by the “intelligence tests” website, and “Yalova” came in 15th place, along with several other Turkish cities.
The “IQ Test Center” issued the test results based on questions it asked users about the cities where they live, after which the center identified the cities with the highest average IQ.
According to the results obtained from the 30 minutes online test, the ranking of the participants according to the Turkish provinces was revealed.

Yalova is in an intermediate location between the cities of Istanbul and Bursa, with a beautiful, magical view of the Marmara Sea. The town, one of Turkiye‘s most attractive tourist cities, contains hot springs and waterfalls in the Termal region, which Arab and foreign tourists from everywhere visit for relaxation and treatment. It receives hundreds of thousands of tourists annually.

Turkish sources stated that in the first quarter of 2022, Istanbul was the most preferred city by foreigners to obtain citizenship based on all types of real estate, followed by Antalya, Ankara, Yalova, Izmir, Mersin, Mugla, Bursa, Trabzon, and Sakarya, respectively.
Yalova has many advantages, making it take place in the ranks of tourist cities, like its strategic location, distinctive summer and winter climate, charming nature, and attractive landscapes, making it on the list of tourists wishing to travel to Turkiye (Turkey).
Besides all those advantages the state enjoys, the Turkish government has given increasing attention to supporting real estate and economic projects to attract more investors and business people to launch substantial investment projects giving them even more facilities and support.
