Ka\u015fifo\u011flu, \u201cFaiz %25 seviyesine gelirse piyasada hareket ba\u015flar. Bunun 2026 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini bekliyoruz,\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Ka\u015fifo\u011flu, e\u011fitim maliyetlerindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015fla ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu da vurgulayarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \u201cAile b\u00fct\u00e7eleri b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda e\u011fitim, kira ve g\u0131da i\u00e7in harcan\u0131yor. Gayrimenkul, e\u011fitim maliyetlerini dolayl\u0131 yoldan etkiliyor \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da artan kiralarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Faiz Etkisi ve Piyasa Durumu<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Ka\u015fifo\u011flu, finansmana eri\u015fimdeki zorluklar\u0131n May\u0131s, Haziran ve Temmuz aylar\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n yava\u015flamas\u0131na neden oldu\u011funu, ancak A\u011fustos ve Eyl\u00fcl aylar\u0131nda bir toparlanma beklendi\u011fini ifade etti.
