Turkish citizens or those who have obtained Turkish citizenship can travel with personal identification to:

Where the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced at the end of the year 2020, that there is no longer a need for passports and visas between Turkey and Azerbaijan, noting that travel will be using the ID card only, according to agreements signed between the two countries, allowing the citizens of Turkey and Azerbaijan to move and travel between the two countries without a passport and residence. For 90 days, on the principle and concept of “one people in two countries”.

Ukraine:
Turkish citizens can also travel to Ukraine without an entry visa or passport and stay for 90 days, but they are required to hold a new personal card and vice versa for Ukrainian citizens.
In early 2017, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu announced that his country and Ukraine had reached an agreement to allow citizens of both countries to travel to the other country without the need for a visa or passport.
Moldova:
A Turkish citizen can enter Moldova with a personal card without the need for a passport. Moldova also allows Turks to reside on its territory for 90 days.
At the beginning of 2019, the Turkish ambassador to Moldova, Gürol Sökmensüer, said on Monday that, starting from Tuesday, his country’s citizens can enter Moldovan territory through personal identification cards, without the need for a passport.
Sökmensüer explained, in a statement to Anadolu Agency, that the same system will apply to Moldovan citizens, as they will be able to enter Turkey with identity cards only.
Serbia:
The Serbian government announced, in the middle of this year 2022, the start of implementation of the decision that allows citizens to travel between Serbia and Turkey through ID cards, according to the Turkish Anadolu Agency.
In a statement, the government stated that the citizens of the two countries will be able to exchange visits through personal cards, according to the agreement signed between them, to develop relations.
The statement pointed out that this step would contribute to the economy of the two countries and increase the number of tourists mutually.
Recently, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced a step that allows Turkish citizens to enter its territory by obtaining an electronic tourist visa (upon arrival), in a move in line with the Tourism 2030 initiative.
And according to the “OmranTrk” company, based in the city of “Yalova” in northwestern Turkey, Saudi Arabia has begun to grant Turkish citizens an electronic tourist visa (upon arrival), for residents or holders of visas from the United States, Britain or the European Union “Schengen” countries.
Turkish citizens, especially those who fulfil the conditions set out above, in addition to another condition, which is their possession of passports valid for at least 6 months, possession of health insurance and a hotel reservation to cover the period of stay in the Kingdom, can obtain the electronic visa.
It is worth mentioning that, during the current year 2022, the Turkish passport ranked 50th in the world, as it now allows its holder to enter 110 countries without a visa, according to the Henley Passport Index.
Given the advantages enjoyed by the holders of the Turkish identity card or the Turkish passport, it has become noticeable in the recent period that foreigners are interested in buying real estate in Turkey, not only because Turkey offers them an opportunity for a new life in a safe country, but for an additional reason that is no less important than that, which is that the purchase of the real estate in Turkish lands has become a direct reason for acquiring the right to obtain Turkish citizenship.
And Turkey had announced, at the beginning of the year 2022, amendments to the exceptional conditions that entitle those who fulfil these conditions to obtain Turkish citizenship through an investment or buying real estate.
On January 6, 2022, the Turkish Official Gazette published the decision allowing foreigners to obtain Turkish citizenship.
